Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key identifying various parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
Further materials released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
